1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DentriRev ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
DentriRev provides practice management software for dental practices and DSOs, including accounts, billing, insurance, daily reporting, and role-based portals for clients, billers, administrators, and auditors. Features and access are determined by your role and your organization's subscription.
3. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You will not:
- Share or misuse your sign-in credentials.
- Access areas or data you are not authorized to access.
- Introduce malware, interfere with the Service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
- Use the Service in violation of applicable laws or regulations (including HIPAA where applicable).
4. Accounts and Data
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Your organization's administrator may assign roles and manage access. We process data as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Service. You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant us a license to use it as necessary to provide and improve the Service.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by your organization for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to Terms or Service
We may modify these terms or the Service from time to time. We will post updated terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
9. Termination
We or your administrator may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms or for other reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., liability limits, indemnity) will survive.
10. Contact
For questions about these Terms of Service, use the legal contact form. Do not include patient identifiers, claim details, or other protected health information. Account-specific support remains available through the authenticated portal or your office administrator.
